Services

Thirty services, one team

Most buildings need more than one trade. We inspect, design and build across all of them, so the ductwork, the access points and the inspection findings land on the same plan and the same schedule.

M-SYS · Building systems

Mechanical, electrical & life safety

The equipment a building cannot run without, inspected against code and the maintenance schedule.

Approach

We start by asking why

“Solving problems means asking why a client is looking for a solution, not just how.”
Hazim Gaber, CEO
  1. Ask why

We talk to the people who use the space: how many, doing what, with which equipment. Their answers set the design targets.

  2. Survey the site

We walk the building and measure: ceiling types, cable paths, plant rooms, airflow and radio interference.

  3. Design

Drawings, equipment selections and a budget you can approve, coordinated across every trade on the job.

  4. Build and verify

We build or oversee the installation, then test it against the design and hand over the balance report, coverage map or inspection record.

WiFi site surveys

What a WiFi survey covers

A wireless network is only as good as the survey behind it. Before we place an access point, we work through this checklist with you. Then we confirm it on site with heat mapping in AirMagnet Survey Pro.

The result is a design that covers every room at the signal strength your applications need, without paying for access points you don't.

Objectives

  • How many users, and how densely packed?
  • Which applications, and how much bandwidth do they need?

Installation

  • Is structured cabling in place, and where does it run?
  • Ceiling type: dropped tile, drywall or access panels
  • Room for new equipment in the IDF and MDF

Security

  • Authentication through a RADIUS server or Active Directory
  • Physical security for access points and closets

Extra capabilities

  • Guest WiFi
  • RFID, inventory and asset tracking

Radio environment

  • Metal structures that weaken the signal
  • Interference from neighbouring networks, which lowers signal-to-noise ratio

Team
